What is a Character Attendant?
A Character Attendant is mandatory to attend with any character at a party or an event. Our Character Attendants are a highly trained cast members who will provide transportation for the characters to and from the event, as well as ensure safety, help with any activities, and assisting in making your character experience enchanting. Sit back, relax and let the magic begin!
What can I expect when my character arrives?
Once our cast members have arrived at your set party location or venue, your designated Character Attendant will send you a text message to inform you of the character’s arrival. Our cast members will arrive 10-15 minuets before the starting time of your booked time frame to ensure an on-time grand entrance. A few minutes before the start of your event they will leave their carriage, and come knock on the door! Then the magic begins!
Can I leave gratuity for my performer?
While we never expect gratuity from our guests, it is always greatly appreciated!
Our gratuity is never pooled, meaning 100% of your gratuity will go to your performer (unless you would like to tip your Character Attendant for excellent service as well). To help us keep the magic, please leave any gratuity with the Character Attendant accompanying the character, afterwards the full amount of gratuity will be given to the performer. Or feel free to reach out to our Head of Guest Relations, Shannon, to help assist you in leaving a gratuity while protecting the magic!
